It is normally difficult to picture images of physical quantities and so in Section One I have developed a method to enable you to gain simple mental images that will ensure you will learn the building blocks of the subject and be able to recall them in a flash. This gives you the foundation for doing well and understanding Physics.
Section Two explains the concept of multiples and sub multiples for physical quantities, which will give you confidence dealing with the very small to very large.
Section Three will show you how different situations can actually be equivalent and reveals links in Section One and Two that you may not have been aware of before. It gives you insight into links between situations you may never have thought of before.
Sections 4, 5, 6 will enable you to understand and become familiar with symbols, conventions and constants for all the main topics; motion, mechanics, optics, electricity, magnetism, atomic physics, radioactivity, heat etc.
The last part of the book has a comprehensive set of equations for each topic and other information which has been of great help to my students.
